Returns & Refunds Policy

At Couture Salon Supplies, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the professional and hygiene-sensitive nature of our range, we only accept returns in limited circumstances.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We accept returns only if an item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Proof of fault or damage (photos/videos) is required

  • Items must not be used unless the fault is not visible prior to use

Once assessed and approved, we will offer a refund to the original payment method or a replacement, depending on the situation.

Change of Mind

We do not accept change-of-mind returns, including incorrect selection or ordering errors.

Sale & Clearance Items

All sale or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are assessed case by case. Where a fault is confirmed, we will advise on the appropriate return process.

Wholesale orders are subject to separate terms.
