Shipping Policy

Couture Salon Supplies offers low-priced flat-rate shipping to hair salons and beauty professionals operating throughout Australia.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship Australia-wide only

  • We may not deliver to PO Box addresses

  • Orders are shipped via courier service

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the state or territory of delivery

If international shipping becomes available in the future, additional charges will apply. Please contact us directly for enquiries.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day, subject to stock availability

  • Delivery timeframes generally range from 1–7 business days, depending on location

  • We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays

While we always endeavour to deliver as quickly as possible, delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delayed delivery does not constitute a breach of contract and does not entitle you to cancel your order.

Stock Availability

Shipping timeframes are subject to stock availability.
If your order is urgent, we recommend contacting us in advance to confirm stock availability prior to ordering.

Delivery Responsibility & Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, Couture Salon Supplies is not obligated to resend the order at our expense.

We do not accept liability for loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Authority to Leave & Insurance

If a parcel is delivered to a residential address and no one is available, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place at the premises.

  • Insurance is optional and available at an additional cost

  • If insurance is not selected, Authority to Leave will apply

  • Where insurance is not purchased, Couture Salon Supplies excludes all liability for loss, damage, or non-delivery

For this reason, delivery to a business address is strongly recommended.

Courier Conditions

  • Couriers do not deliver parcels to post offices

  • Safe drop locations are determined by the courier
