Danger Jones Powder Lightener with Bonding Complex is a cool-toned, pre-dusted powder lightener. It gives 9+ levels of lift and can be used in three ways: on scalp, in foils, and for hair painting techniques. It's the first powder lightener to combine Polycare SplitTM, Arginine, and specialized seaweed for healthier hair appearance when used with Danger Jones Deluxe Cream Developer. Polycare SplitTM significantly reduces damage to the hair cuticle during lightening services while Arginine also gives added protection. Together they make up the bonding complex in the lightener. The addition of specialized seaweed helps prevent scalp irritation caused by chemical alkalis or oxidants making a more comfortable lightening experience.
